With over 20 years of experience, Nelson works to deliver solutions for the digital transformation age, drawing upon his deep knowledge of APIs, cloud, event-driven architectures, blockchain, and analytical applications. A technology evangelist, author, and frequent speaker, Nelson works with customers on the practical use of technologies and architectures and advises on various information creation and delivery patterns. He holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce in Computational Science from the University of Saskatchewan
Jesús Centeno
Chief of Staff & Innovation Strategy
As Chief of Staff & Innovation Strategy, Jesús Centeno is responsible for driving TIBCO LABS™ strategic innovation projects with customers and partners, advising the CTO on technical direction, policies, and activities, and facilitating cross-department collaboration between the Office of the CTO and TIBCO.. As a technology advocate, Jesús helps customers determine the best strategy for adopting new technology platforms and injecting innovation into their product & service development lifecycles. And, as a partner advocate, he draws on 20 years’ experience and knowledge of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, blockchain, IoT technologies, machine learning, and others, to help partners find creative solutions that lead to higher revenue streams and an expanded market footprint. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey University in Mexico and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
Miguel Torres
Director of the Americas, OOCTO, TIBCO Software Inc
Miguel Torres is Director of the Americas, TIBCO Software, responsible for leading the TIBCO blockchain and IoT projects at TIBCO LABS. Miguel came to TIBCO in 2007 as a software engineer as part of TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM team in England, then moved to California to be part of TIBCO Enterprise Administrator, TIBCO Cloud Integration platform and TIBCO Flogo as an architect and developer. Miguel holds a software engineering degree from Cranfield University in England.
