We live in exciting times with a lot of market momentum, with innovative forms of collaboration needed to cope with the new reality. My main focus is on enterprise collaboration where the challenge for an employee to navigate through the organization’s knowledge is most demanding. I’m driven to change the way we work because I believe traditional approaches will no longer work in a fast-moving and constantly changing world.
